How it works
- In SELENE, paste a shared Google Maps list. SELENE reads every place, with Google's description, hours and your own notes.
- Pick your days, your pace and your must-dos. SELENE groups nearby places into realistic days, with lunch and free time built in.
- Save to Notion. The trip's page gets its days, and every place lands in Saved ideas.
Your pace
- Slow: a late start, one main visit, a long lunch, done by late afternoon.
- Balanced: one main visit and a few shorter stops nearby, with breathing room between them.
- Full: up to two main visits and a wider area. Book timed entries first.
Editing your days
- Open a trip and use Day by day: change a card's Day to move it, or delete a card you will skip.
- Want SELENE to rethink it? Change your choices in SELENE and save again. The itinerary page is replaced (the old one goes to Notion's trash); your saved ideas and your own notes stay.
What the statuses in Saved ideas mean
- In the plan: on one of your days.
- Backup: a nearby alternative if a stop is closed or you have time left.
- Stay: a hotel or place to sleep.
- Not this time: saved, but it did not fit this trip. Each one says why.
- Inbox / Shortlisted: places you saved yourself and have not planned yet.
Before you go
SELENE's times, distances and opening hours are estimates from Google Maps. Check opening days, tickets and bookings for anything that matters, and use the Reservation column to keep track.
